This project was commissioned by the Adelaide City Council.
The green building approvals audit assessed the planning and development approval frameworks in Adelaide and South Australia and engaged stakeholders on potential support and implementation policies, incentives and strategies to increase the ease and take up of green building in Adelaide’s central business district.
Significant stakeholder engagement across Adelaide City Council, the Capital City Committee and South Australian Government, as well as key green building and development industry organisations.
